This week CAS-UAL FRIDAYS has a "Sweet Spot" challenge. I made this simple hello card for the challenge using polka dotted scraps from my stash. I hand-cut the letters to spell HELLO and matted them on a red cardstock. I added the strip of light yellow and black polka dot ribbon and the bow.
