Cheerful Happy Birthday

This card is based on a sketch created by Becky Fleck over at Page Maps. My take involves a bit of dark red cardstock and some wonderful decorative tape. I used the red decorative tape around the outer edges of the card and yellow decorative tape for the horizontal strips and flowers.  The card came together pretty quickly.I followed this fabulous sketch quite closely with the exception of adding the white detail to the maroon cardstock banner. I tried it as a solid color and it just didn't work so I added the detail.
