Here's my second card based on our current November 1-2-3 sketch at The Sketch File. This sketch has has 1 base layer, 2 panels and 3 decorative "squares" (which can be any shape). You can see I have lots of layer's on my card. I added a bit of texture by crinkling the stocking patterned paper before adhering it to the card base. I haven't used that technique in ages! It was kind of fun revisiting it. I also dry embossed the bricks onto the cream colored layer, then handcut and decorated the stockings. Can you tell that I tried to replicate the smaller stockings that are pictured on the patterned paper? It's a fun sketch and I hope you are feeling creative and will create a card or project to link up with us.
oooh, I love this!! So cute and I absolutely adore your handmade stockings!!! I had to re-read to be sure, they are so perfect and fun and textured! Wow!
