Hexagon

This card is for the current  challenge at CASology.  The current cue card is HEXAGON. I began by
printing a large hexagon image from the internet then used it as a template to cut the cardbase. Fortunately, I have a hexagon die that fit inside this hexagon. So I cut a smaller hexagon from a cream colored cardstock. On this cream cardstock, I stamped bulrushes with brown ink. I used a marker  and white colored pencil to shade the center of each bulrush. I printed the sentiment on a smaller piece of the cream cardstock and layered it on a piece of brown cardstock, trimming the edges to match the hexagon.  I adhered all layers to the cardbase and added a cream hexagon inside for a writing surface.

Supplies:
Cardstock: Core'dinations, vanilla cream and chocolate, Stamp: Market Street Stamps: Growth, Marker: Bic Mark It, Colored Pencil: Crayola,Die: Spellbinders, Adhesive: Scotch ATG, Ink: Memento
